What is Multiple Sclerosis?
Do you feel numbness in your legs? arms? fingers? toes?
You could have Multiple Sclerosis.
Some of the symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis are difficult to notice, like numbness in your arms or legs.
Some of the symptoms are very extreme which could include paralysis or loss of vision.
Multiple Sclerosis is a chronic disease that attacks your body’s Central Nervous System. Your Central Nervous System makes up your brain, your spine, and your optic nerves. According to some scientists, Multiple Sclerosis may or may not be an autoimmune disease.
However, because this disease is caused by your body’s immune system attacking it’s very own central nervous system, I call that an autoimmune disease.
The image to the right shows the main symptoms of multiple sclerosis. These 8 areas may show symptoms of MS. If you feel like you may be experiencing one or more of these symptoms, please consult with your doctor.
You are more than welcome to give me a call and we can discuss your symptoms and do some diagnostic testing.
You have the right to take a functional approach to help cure your body of these symptoms. Doctors “medicines” aren’t always the best solution. Call me and we can talk about how taking a functional approach to fighting multiple sclerosis can save you lots of pain and grief.
